Order Processing

Please allow up to five working days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information. Please remember to check your junk or spam folder if you have not received any correspondence.

Where Do We Ship?

MMX ships worldwide. All orders are dispatched via trusted courier services to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, we recommend checking our Dealer Finder to see whether products are available locally, which may offer a more cost-effective solution.

Can I Track My Order?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become active.

We recommend monitoring your shipment to ensure delivery details are correct and to avoid any unnecessary delays.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. MMX is not responsible for any such fees imposed by local authorities.

 

Standard Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To exercise this right, you must notify MMX within the 14-day period. Once cancellation has been requested, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, MMX will refund the full value of the order together with the original standard shipping charge. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless otherwise required by law.

Products that have been installed, used, modified or damaged are not eligible for cancellation under the European Union 14-day cooling-off period.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mm-x.com, including:

  • Your order number.
  • Photographs showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Each case is handled individually, and we will work with both you and the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
